Yoga Therapy

All yoga has the potential to be both therapeutic and healing.  

Yoga therapy integrates specific applications of yoga, modifying to meet the specific needs of the individual.

A Yoga Therapy session consists of a variety of ‘yoga tools’ – postures/exercises, breathwork, meditation techniques, etc. empowering individuals to progress toward improved health and life, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and energetically; integrating the ’whole person’, body, soul and spirit.

The art of yoga therapy often comes from the teacher’s ability to not only sequence a session individually for the client, but to also teach them the necessary tools, support and encouragement they will need to integrate the work into their home life.

Our mission and goal is to offer the necessary support that can give someone a forward push toward wellness; moving from a codependent world to an independent life!

As long as there is breath in the body, there is life. When breath departs, so too does life. Therefore, regulate the breath.
